Weighing just 0.29 kg (0.64 lb) and measuring 360 mm (14.17 inches) in overall length, the FT-01 has a load-bearing capacity of up to 2 kg (4.4 lb), making it compatible with most mobile phones, action cameras, mirrorless cameras, and DSLR cameras. The flexible tripod legs, made with a 3-layer aluminum core, ensure increased durability compared to the single-layer design of the previous model, the Ulanzi MT-11.

The FT-01 package includes a phone clip with a clamping range of 2.2 to 3.38 inches, suitable for most smartphones. The ball head allows for 180-degree rotation, enabling both vertical and horizontal shooting. The 1/4-inch screw on top can directly mount a DSLR camera, while the additional 1/4-inch screw on the side allows for the attachment of a monitoring magic arm (not included).
